Description of Work Areas:
We work in the education and rehabilitation of boys, girls and youths with visual handicaps. We provide technical training, and integrated development for youth and adults through programs of assistence, training, development, and protection without discrimination, implementing projects to create sources of work for the visually handicapped.
The Foundation:
The organization was founded by the Ley 22 de Enero in 1957, under the presidency of Hernán Siles Suazo.

Requirements:
- That all the volunteers desire to work with people with visual handicaps.
- That volunteers’ time be between 3 months and 1 year to finish their projects
- That all volunteers be able to speak Spanish.
