La Cúpula is nestled on the hillside of lake Titicaca, a location, which overlooks both the lake and the Village of Copacabana in Bolivia. La Cupula lies 3,899 meters over sealevel.

The desire of the germane owners was to create a hostal, where you can find comfort, that you've missed while traveling away from home, having a pleasant familiar atmosphere.

The hostal has a touch of arabic architecture with colonial and precolombian elements, giving it an unique and an unforgettable feeling. Each of the 17 comfortable and clean rooms are individually designed, with a variety of artistic details.

The hostal has a cosy restaurant with excellent international and vegetarian food .

- Each room contains comfortable beds with high quality matresses and duvets, cosy furnishing and hot solar showers all day. We provide hot water bottles and have gas heaters in the public rooms. There are 4 rooms with clean, shared bathrooms and 11 rooms with private bathrooms, including 2 suites with living room, hammock and 1 suite with kitchen.
- All 18 comfortable rooms are located around yards and gardens.
- We provide hammocks , a children playground where you can enjoy views over the lake as well as a small open-air, garage for keeping your car secure.
- Enjoy our international restaurant with delicious meals, with book - exchange and games.
- In the fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook and meet other travels, as well as relax in our hostal living room.
- In the living room you can borrow books from the multilingual library , use our guitar or watch a video of your choice every night. La Cúpula has elaborated a informative video in spanish language, named "TITICOPACACA" about traditions (feasts) and attractions of Copacabana and the ruins in the surrounding areas. And about the history of our hostal, how we built it and activities of the first years with tourists, artists and volunteers.
