Inside the Centro Cultural Boliviano - Alemán they offer Spanish classes of very good quality. The teachers speak either English, French or German as their first language and have a lot of experience. They require you to undertake a test at the beginning in order to place you in classes best suited to your current level of Spanish.

There is also an option to live inside the centre as they have very comfortable and lovely rooms (see perfile of ICBA Wasi under Hostels in Accommodation) or with a host family.
