Cal Orcko & Parque Cretacico (Dep. Chuquisaca)

Just a few kilometres outside the city of Sucre you will find Cal Orcko the biggest deposit of dinosaur footprints in the world with more than 5000 prints of more than 332 species which have lived here during the Cretaceous.

300 metres from the footprints you will find the Parque Cretácico that allows to get to know the protagonists of that time in a beautiful natural scenery. Here you have the posibility to make a journey to the beginning of time through a ciruclar walk that shows the visitors a titanosaurus of 36 metres length, which was on of the last giant dinosaur. Furthermore, the visitors can enjoy interesting documentaries referring to the time in which the dinosaurs were ruling the world.
