Inside the colourful walls of Koala Cafe, there are always a whole bunch of tourists taking a break from a day's sight-seeing. Usually, they're indulging themselves with Koala Cafe's homemade cakes which are served in portions only a little bit smaller than the Cerro Rico itself.

The menu here mixes highland Bolivian specialities, like llama steak, with burgers, omelettes and a substantial range of vegetarian food. They also have computers for internet access (free if you're eating there) and a range of books, handicrafts and postcards for sale.
