For something a bit different in Potosi, the Cafe Lacetos Cayara is the place to go. They serve everything dairy; milk, yoghurt, cheeses and some deliciously fresh fruit and chocolate milkshakes. However, the house speciality has to be their range of homemade minihelados (ice creams), all 100% natural and unbelievably tasty.
