Internships in Tourism Research, Marketing & Publicity
Bolivia-Online is a small but aspiring start-up with office in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
Our primary objectives are to provide Bolivia and the world with much needed information about the touristy infrastructure in Bolivia, and to close the still existing lack of information within this area.
Our mission is to be the easiest accessible and most comprehensive provider of information about the touristy infrastructure in Bolivia, and to spread images and information of the beauty of our country througout the world.
Bolivia-Online was created by volunteers with the faith in the success, and the knowledge of the necessity of a webspace in this area of public interest. The website of Bolivia-Online is visited since February 2007 every month by more than 6000 internet users around the globe, with an increasing number.
Bolivia-Online is searching for interns helping out in following work areas:
- Field work - helping to extend, improve, complete and updating the content and of our pages, by travelling around the country and researching the touristy infrastructure, selecting information, photo shooting, etc.
- Office work - data processing, marketing, publicity.
We are searching for motivated and inventive interns.
Requirements:
Friendliness, Highly Self Motivated, Cooperation, Spanish Competency, Interest in Indigenous Culture and Ecotourism, and basic knowledge in Marketing & Publicity.
Payment:
This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend that helps cover basic local housing and food. Interns gain valuable experience in tourism research, marketing and publicity.
