Located in the Plaza del Estadio, this excellent repository of Tiwanaku sculpture and statues brought there by Arthur Posnansky was begun in 1940 and finished in 1943. The depression surrounded by walls imitate the shape of the original temple. In the center is a replica of the famous “Bennett” monolith which was recently returned to its rightful home in Tiwanaku.
